QUE:I have purchased one product through courier and during transit, it got damaged. Will HAVOC HOBBY accept return?

ANS:- Please note that Havoc Hobby Center has a different section to do professional strong packing. The team will send the images and videos of the products and packing prior to the dispatch. Any damage during the transit will be the responsibility of the customer as we dont have control on any courier service. If customer has any difference of opinion in this matter shall be arranged their own pick up service

QUE:- I have purchased one product which is sealed , since I purchased wrongly I need to exchange the product

ANS:- HAVOC HOBBY CENTER may not exchange / accept return the item once sold.

As a matter of facts almost all the products have return restrictions as it cannot be sold to another customer since its related to electronics, We urge customers to select products properly while ordering. If for some reason we do provide a Refund it will be in form of Coupon Codes only for next purchase.
